Coach - Les
I have been coaching Lego robotics for 10 years. This years team is special! Not because of their tournament success, but because of the personal growth of the team members. Early in the season, the kids were disorganized, easily distracted, and did not get along. As the season progressed, they learned to value each others expertise, have become friends, and understand the benefits of teamwork.
From a competition perspective, the team has developed a consistent solution to the robot competition, created a fun, entertaining, and informative research presentation, and demonstrated the teamwork that ties it all together. I believe they are capable of winning the international tournament. Win or lose, they will represent our community well.
I am always impressed by the quality of kids in our community and what they are able to achieve. Thank you for your continued support of the Bremen Botz!. These students are worthy of your support and I am proud of the young adults they have become.
